The 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Bangladesh Infrastructure Finance Fund Limited (BIFFL) was held on a virtual platform on 26 June 2022.

Abdur Rouf Talukder, chairman of BIFFL and senior secretary of Finance Division, Ministry of Finance, presided over the AGM.

In the meeting, the shareholders of the company approved the Audited Financial Statements for the FY2021 and declared cash dividend of Tk 240.5 million (24.50 crore) in favor of the government as the shareholders of BIFFL.

In 2021, the company had earned a total revenue of Tk 2.35 billion (235.13 crore) and made after tax profit of Tk 610.20 million (61.24 crore).

Other directors and shareholders including Md Mahbub Hossain, senior secretary, Energy and Mineral Resources Division; M Tofazzel Hossain Miah, senior secretary, The Prime Minister's Office; Fatima Yasmin, senior secretary, Economic Relations Division; Md Habibur Rahman, secretary, Power Division; Md Monjur Hossain, secretary, Bridges Division, ABM Amin Ullah Nuri, secretary, Road Transport and Highways Division; Hasan Khaled Foisal, joint secretary, Finance Division and S.M. Anisuzzaman, chief executive officer of BIFFL, attended the AGM.
