Summit Towers Limited   (STL) signed a Term Sheet with Bangladesh Infrastructure Finance Fund Limited (BIFFL) and IDLC Finance Limited for raising innovative long-term financing through issuance of bond from the Investment Promotion Financing Facility (IPFF) which will be utilised to build telecom towers in order to provide tower-sharing services.
